Supply of computer equipment for Szczecinecki County under the European Funds for Digital Development project

Summary

The tender concerns the supply, unloading and installation of computer equipment for Szczecinecki County under the “Cybersecure Local Government” grant project financed by the European Funds for Digital Development 2021–2027. The scope includes NAS systems, UPS devices, a suspended cabinet, installation and configuration services, a managed 24-port PoE switch, a physical server with domain-management software and support for one virtual machine, a network NAS server with four 8 TB HDDs, and a firewall with implementation and training. Delivery is required to three locations in Szczecinek, Bialy Bor and Borne Sulinowo by 25 September 2026. The tender is not divided into lots. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 7 September 2026 at 09:00, and must be signed with a qualified electronic signature, trusted signature or personal signature. Evaluation is based on price (90%) and social aspects (10%).
