Renovation of the electrical installation and replacement of the lightning protection system in residential Pavilion D at the Lublin Detention Centre

Summary

The contract covers renovation of the electrical installation and replacement of the lightning protection system in residential Pavilion D at the Lublin Detention Centre. The works include replacement of power supply and distribution equipment, wiring, lighting, electrical protection, solenoid valves and the lightning protection system, as well as related building repairs, measurements, testing and complete as-built documentation. The works must be completed within 2 months of signing the contract. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 18 September 2026 at 09:00. A mandatory site visit must be completed by 11 September 2026, with confirmation attached to the tender; a tender submitted without the site visit will be rejected. Price carries 60% and the warranty period 40%; the warranty must be between 36 and 60 months. No bid guarantee is required, but the successful tenderer must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract price.
