Extension of the Oleszyce town hall building and construction of an elevator

Summary

The contract covers the extension of the town hall building in Oleszyce and construction of an elevator. The works include demolition and preparatory works, foundations, the elevator shaft and stairs, reinforced-concrete works, insulation, roofing, façade and finishing works, supply and installation of a passenger elevator with technical acceptance, elevator power supply and switchgear, reinstatement of paving, stormwater drainage, and modifications to the gas and central-heating systems. Offers must be submitted electronically through the designated purchasing platform by 14 September 2026 at 09:00. The contract is to be completed by 30 December 2026. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and warranty (40%). A bid guarantee of PLN 3,000 and performance security are required.
