Reconstruction of municipal internal road No. 397, 422 and 492 from km 0+178 to km 0+888 in Posada Jaśliska

Summary

The contract covers reconstruction of approximately 710 m of a municipal internal road in Posada Jaśliska, including site preparation, clearing, ditch cleaning and reinforcement, a 10 m HDPE/PEHD SN8 culvert with a 600 mm diameter, roadbed and crushed-stone pavement works, asphalt emulsion surface dressing, 10 PVC water collectors, access roads and finishing works. The contract period is up to 30 days from signing. Offers must be submitted electronically by 15 September 2026 at 10:00 and prepared in Polish. Evaluation is based on gross price (60 points) and the quality guarantee and defect-liability period (40 points); the minimum period is 60 months, with maximum points from 72 months. No bid guarantee is required, but the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total bid price. Contract signing is conditional on the contracting authority receiving the planned public funding.
