Construction of a car park for the Museum of Folk Architecture in Sanok on Rybickiego Street

Summary

The contract covers design-and-build construction of an approximately 60-space car park for the Museum of Folk Architecture in Sanok on Rybickiego Street. The scope includes external lighting, CCTV, a barrier-and-ticket parking system, stormwater drainage, utilities, possible relocation of conflicting infrastructure, tree removal, design documentation, permits, construction works and author supervision. The works are to be completed within 14 months: design documentation and approvals within 3 months, followed by construction. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 15 September 2026 at 11:00. A PLN 60,000 bid guarantee is required.
