Modernisation of the County Civil Defence Centre building in Ostrów Wielkopolski for use as a population-protection resources warehouse

Summary

The contract covers renovation and adaptation of the existing County Civil Defence Centre building at 10 Melchiora Wańkowicza Street in Ostrów Wielkopolski for use as a warehouse for the Ostrowski County population-protection resources. The works include, among other things, removing wall thermal insulation, preparing the wall for an entrance gate, dismantling internal and external joinery, removing paint coatings and constructing floors; the remaining scope is defined in the design documentation. The works must be completed by 30 November 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 11 September 2026 at 10:00, in Polish. The evaluation criteria are price, weighted 60%, and warranty period, weighted 40%. A PLN 16,000 tender guarantee and performance security are required.
