Construction of a 100 m³ emergency and reserve drinking-water tank with the necessary technical infrastructure

Summary

The contract covers a separate stage of a water treatment plant investment in Huzele: construction of a two-chamber reinforced-concrete treated-water tank with a total capacity of 100 m³, works on deep wells H2 and H3, drainage and emergency overflow, interconnecting water pipelines, electrical and automation and control works, monitoring, site development, surveying, as-built documentation and related works. The works must be completed by 30 October 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 14 September 2026 at 10:00 and remain valid until 13 October 2026. A tender guarantee of PLN 8,000 is required. Offers are scored by price (60%) and the quality guarantee and warranty period (40%); the minimum period is 60 months, while 84 months or more receives the maximum score. The successful tenderer must provide a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the gross contract price.
