Summary

The tender concerns the development of substantive standards for educational e-materials supporting the development of vocational competences, by vocational education teachers and social partners. The procurement is divided into 43 lots, covering various vocational fields, including electrical engineering, renewable energy, construction, automotive bodywork, printing, photography, hospitality and catering. Offers may be submitted for all lots, and the services are to be completed by 31 March 2027. Applications must be submitted electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026. Offers are evaluated using price, weighted at 20%, and the additional experience of the vocational expert, weighted at 80%. The procurement is co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus under the European Funds for Social Development 2021–2027 programme.
