Modernisation of changing-room and sanitary facilities at the gym halls of schools in Czarna Dąbrówka and Nożyno

The contract covers construction works to modernise changing-room and sanitary facilities at the gym halls of primary schools in Czarna Dąbrówka and Nożyno. The procurement is divided into two lots, and bids may be submitted for one or both lots. The works include demolition and preparation, new floors, partitions, suspended ceilings, wall and floor finishes, doors, sanitary and electrical installations, heating and ventilation works, and installation of sanitary equipment. The completed works must be ready for final acceptance by 31 December 2026; the part scheduled for partial acceptance must be completed and accepted by 9 November 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically by 11 September 2026 at 10:00. The evaluation awards 60% for price and 40% for the warranty and defect-liability period. A bid guarantee of PLN 3,500 is required for each lot, and the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract price.
