Energy modernisation of the Neighbourhood Community Centre building at 160 1 Maja Street in Dęblin under the project “Improving the energy efficiency of public utility buildings in Dęblin – stage III”

The tender concerns the comprehensive energy modernisation of the Neighbourhood Community Centre building in Dęblin at 160 1 Maja Street, with a total built-up area of 211.21 m². The works include damp-proofing basement walls, insulating foundation and external walls, insulating the flat roof and chimneys, repairing chimneys, replacing windows, sills, flashings and gutters, installing central heating and an electric instantaneous water heater, installing a 10.50 kWp photovoltaic system, replacing the lightning protection system, façade finishing and associated works. The works must be coordinated with parallel reconstruction works in the same building and completed within 7 months of contract signature.
