Production and delivery of calendars for 2027

Summary

The contract covers the graphic design, production and delivery of 2027 calendars to the Chancellery of the Senate in Warsaw: 1,000 book calendars, 600 pocket calendars, 600 three-part wall calendars and 600 desk calendars. The work must be completed within 35 working days from the day after contract signing. The supplier must prepare digital proofs and colour proofs for approval, produce sample copies for acceptance, deliver at its own cost and risk, unload the goods, and comply with the detailed material, format, printing, FSC certification, packaging and design requirements. The deadline for tenders is 4 September 2026 at 12:00. Price is the only award criterion, with a weight of 100%.
