Reconstruction of an Existing Building into an OLiOC Warehouse

Summary

The tender concerns reconstruction of an existing building into an OLiOC warehouse. The works include demolition and dismantling, masonry and plastering, installation of windows, doors and gates, foundation and external-wall insulation, roof renovation and new covering, gutters and downpipes, steelwork preparation and painting, lightning protection and earthing, electrical power supply, testing and surveying. The works must be completed by 15 December 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish via platformazakupowa.pl by 14 September 2026 at 12:00. Evaluation is based on lump-sum gross price (60%) and warranty period (40%). A bid guarantee of PLN 3,500 is required.
