Replacement tree planting

Summary

The contract covers replacement planting of 338 trees in the road rights-of-way of county roads in Bydgoszcz County, Poland. The scope includes supplying 333 small-leaved lime trees, 4 wych elm trees and 1 Norway maple, preparing the sites, planting, watering, staking, trunk protection, mulching and waste removal. The contractor must also maintain the plantings for 60 months after final acceptance, including watering, fertilising, weeding, replenishing mulch and replacing plants where required. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026. Award criteria are price (60%) and completion date (40%); the latest acceptable completion date is 27 November 2026.
