Thermal modernization of the Sztynwag Primary School building

Summary

The tender concerns thermal modernization works for the Sztynwag Primary School building, including insulation of foundations, external walls and the roof, replacement of windows and doors, drainage and roofing works, modernization of heating, electrical and telecommunications systems, installation of an air-to-water absorption heat pump and a 27.50 kW photovoltaic system, and associated building works. The contract must be completed by 3 September 2027. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 11 September 2026 at 10:00. The evaluation criteria are price (60%) and the warranty period for the works, materials and equipment (40%). A PLN 45,000 tender guarantee is required, and performance security will also be required.
