Energy-efficiency improvement and associated construction works for the Brodnica police building under a design-and-build contract

Summary

The contract covers a design-and-build project for improving the energy efficiency and modernising, including extending and rebuilding, the County Police Headquarters building at Zamkowa 13 in Brodnica, together with construction of a free-standing prestressed-concrete antenna mast up to 40 metres high. The scope includes multidisciplinary design documentation, permits and approvals, construction, demolition, structural, finishing, electrical, telecommunications, sanitary, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and surface works. The contract must be completed by 10 November 2028, and the offer must be submitted electronically in Polish and PLN by 15 September 2026 at 09:00. The bid must include a PLN 100,000 tender guarantee. Offers are evaluated by price at 60% and the proposed extension of the quality guarantee at 40%.
