Energy-efficiency modernization of the Mokre Primary School building

Summary

The contract concerns energy-efficiency modernization works at the Mokre Primary School building. The scope includes damp-proofing and insulation of foundations, walls and roofs, replacement of windows and doors, drainage and roofing works, heat-pump installation, heating, electrical and telecommunications upgrades, a 27.50 kW photovoltaic installation, lightning protection, external works and interior repairs. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 11 September 2026 at 10:00 via the procurement platform. The contract is to be completed by 3 September 2027. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and the warranty period for the works, materials and equipment (40%). A PLN 45,000 bid guarantee is required, and performance security must be provided.
