Training service for organising and delivering five courses to strengthen employee potential

The procurement covers the organisation and delivery of five in-person training courses for employees of the District Labour Office in Rzeszów, each lasting 16 teaching hours. The topics cover customer-service psychology and soft skills, support for labour-market activation and job-search methods, psychological resilience and burnout prevention, customer-service standards in difficult situations, and psychological and communication-based motivational techniques.
