Partial Repairs of Bituminous Street Surfaces and Maintenance of Unpaved Roads in Brodnica

Summary

The contract covers two lots in Brodnica for 24 months: successive partial repairs of bituminous street surfaces and profiling and maintenance of unpaved roads. The contracting authority may issue orders according to current needs, specifying the location, technology, scope and deadline. Works must start within 48 hours of notification, or within 6 hours in special cases. Lot II concerns approximately 20.286 km of unpaved roads and includes grading, replenishing and mechanically spreading crushed stone or concrete rubble, and compaction. Offers may be submitted for one or both lots. The award criteria are total gross price (60%) and the time to start an ordered task (40%); 0–12 hours receives the maximum score. The contract is performed electronically through the public procurement platform, and the offer must be prepared in Polish and digitally signed.
