Construction of a system ensuring continuity of drinking-water supplies for Rojewo Municipality residents through water treatment plant automation and emergency renewable-energy power supply

Summary

The contract covers construction, delivery and installation of a system intended to ensure continuity of drinking-water supplies for residents of Rojewo Municipality. The works include automation of the water treatment station, a 200 kWh/approximately 40 kW LFP energy storage system with EMS and monitoring, a 50 kW three-phase hybrid inverter, automatic grid-generator switching, sequential control of four deep-well pumps, level sensors, remote monitoring, electrical installations, commissioning, acceptance tests, operating instructions and staff training. The system must be ready for cooperation with a photovoltaic installation. The works must be completed by 20 November 2026. A mandatory site visit is required before submitting a bid; the visit is scheduled for 2 September 2026 at 10:00 in Rojewo. Bids must be submitted electronically by 14 September 2026 at 09:00, and must include a PLN 7,500 bid guarantee. Award criteria are price (80%) and warranty/defects-liability period (20%).
