Renovation of balconies and roof, insulation works and construction of internal stairs at the municipal building in Ełk

Summary

The tender concerns renovation works in a municipal building at Dąbrowskiego 10 in Ełk, divided into four lots: renovation of 55 balconies, partial renovation of the roof above premises no. 22, insulation of attic partition walls and slopes in premises no. 25 and 51, and construction of new metal-and-wood internal stairs in premises no. 24, 25, 48, 49 and 50. Offers may be submitted for several lots. Works are to be completed by 15 December 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically by 14 September 2026 at 09:00, and the bidder must remain bound by the offer for 30 days. Price carries 60% and the offered guarantee carries 40%. A tender guarantee is required: PLN 4,035 for lot 1, PLN 802 for lot 2, PLN 404 for lot 3 and PLN 2,087 for lot 4.
