Improvement of the technical condition of SPSZOZ “Zdroje” facilities in Szczecin – divided into lots

Summary

The tender concerns construction works to improve the technical condition of the SPSZOZ “Zdroje” facilities in Szczecin and is divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers the modernization or replacement of PVC floor coverings; Lot 2 covers the replacement of window joinery together with external window blinds or similar coverings. Each lot must be completed within 70 days. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots, and the evaluation uses price or cost at 60% and the offered warranty period at 40%. Bids must be submitted electronically through the eZamawiający platform by 11 September 2026 at 09:00, and documents may be prepared only in Polish.
