Expansion of county road No. 1416B Mońki–Goniądz – Stage II

Summary

The procurement concerns the expansion of a 1,520 m section of county road No. 1416B between Mońki and Goniądz, from km 2+830 to km 4+350. The works include preparation, earthworks, culverts and drainage, aggregate sub-base, bituminous layers, asphalt surfacing, finishing works, road markings and traffic-safety equipment. The contractor must also prepare as-built surveying documentation with a new orthophoto with a ground pixel size of at least 4 cm and update the road data for transfer to the eDIOM database. The contract must be completed by 10 November 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 11 September 2026 at 10:00, and the award criteria are price (60%), the construction manager’s experience (20%) and the warranty period (20%). A performance security is required; no bid guarantee is required.
