Renovation of public buildings to create temporary shelter spaces in the Ojrzeń municipality

Summary

The contract covers design-and-build renovation works to create temporary shelter spaces in four public buildings: the Ojrzeń municipal office, the Municipal Social Welfare Centre in Ojrzeń, the primary school in Kraszewo and the primary school in Ojrzeń. The contractor must prepare and obtain approval for the complete design documentation within 30 days of contract signing and complete the entire scope within 90 days. The bid must be submitted electronically by 14 September 2026 at 09:00 and remain valid until 13 October 2026. A mandatory site visit will take place on 7 September 2026 at 10:00 at the Ojrzeń municipal office; bids from contractors who do not attend will be rejected. The bid bond is PLN 30,000, and the successful contractor must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross tender price. Award criteria are price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the minimum warranty period is 24 months and the period considered for scoring is capped at 72 months.
