The tender concerns construction works at Primary School No. 37 at 18 Stalowa Street in Krakow. The scope includes conservation renovation of the northern facade, replacement of the perimeter strip along the northern and eastern facades, insulation of the foundation walls, renovation of light wells and surrounds, replacement of sheet-metal flashings, lightning-protection works and related site-protection measures. The works must be completed within 110 working days from handover of the site, which is to take place within 3 working days of contract signature.
