Green Breath of the City – Energetyka Square: Revitalisation of the Square at Kraszewskiego and Kochanowskiego Streets in Jelenia Góra

The procurement concerns the revitalisation of an approximately 1,112 m² square within the historic urban layout at Kraszewskiego and Kochanowskiego Streets in Jelenia Góra. The work includes purchasing and planting shrubs, perennials, ground-cover plants, bulbs and climbers, and supplying and installing 5 park benches, 1 bench swing, 2 urban loungers, 3 waste bins, 2 bicycle racks, 2 chess tables, 2 bird drinkers and 3 pergolas. The mineral-surface pathway with granite edging shown in drawing PZT4 is excluded from the scope. The contract is to be completed within 2 months. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 8 September 2026 at 10:00. Award criteria are price at 60% and the experience of the persons assigned to perform the contract at 40%.
