Installation of central heating and domestic hot water systems inside apartments owned by the City

Summary

The tender concerns the installation and distribution of central heating and domestic hot water systems inside apartments owned by the City of Zduńska Wola. The work includes removing and disposing of existing heat sources and heating systems, installing pipes, radiators, valves, thermostatic heads and hot water systems, carrying out leak tests and connections, and repairing and painting wall and ceiling openings. The contract period is 2 months and no variant or partial bids are allowed. Bids must be submitted electronically through the purchasing platform by 11 September 2026 at 00:00. A bid guarantee of PLN 2,000 is required. Evaluation is based on price at 60% and the extended warranty period at 40%.
