Supply, assembly and installation of computer equipment

Summary

The tender concerns the supply, delivery, assembly and installation of computer equipment for the modernization and equipment of Primary School No. 6 in Poznań. The equipment includes tablets, wireless speakers, Google VR devices, an interactive monitor, laptops and office software packages for new quiet rooms and a sensory room. The equipment must be factory-new, unused, undamaged and free from third-party rights. A minimum 24-month door-to-door warranty is required, with faults repaired within no more than 10 working days. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 7 September 2026 at 09:00. The contract must be completed by 18 November 2026, with delivery not earlier than 30 September 2026. Award criteria are price, weighted at 70%, and warranty period, weighted at 30%.
