Summary

The procurement covers the development, production and delivery of information and promotional materials: an A6 calendar for 2027, a 2027 desk calendar with a notebook and markers, an A5 notebook, a pen, a paper bag, a dual-output USB flash drive with USB Type-A and USB Type-C connectors and a minimum capacity of 32 GB, and a note-taking set. The contract must be completed within 30 days of signing and no later than 14 December 2026. Price is the only award criterion, with a weighting of 100 points.
