Comprehensive thermal modernization of public-use buildings in Boguszów-Gorce

Summary

The tender concerns comprehensive thermal modernization of the Municipal Public Library building at Plac Odrodzenia 4 in Boguszów-Gorce. The works include insulation and related construction, sanitary, heating, ventilation, demolition, finishing and renovation works, as well as an ornithological and chiropterological assessment, installation of a co-financing information board, preparation of an energy performance certificate after modernization, an ex-post audit and calculation of project indicators. The contract must be completed within 240 days of signing. Bids must be submitted electronically by 14 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% and the warranty period 40% of the evaluation score. A PLN 30,000 bid guarantee and performance security are required.
