Energy efficiency improvement of Stojadla Primary School – energy storage delivery and installation stage

Summary

The procurement covers the design, delivery, installation and commissioning of a lithium-ion energy storage system at the primary school at Poludniowa 20 in Stojadla. The system must have a nominal power of at least 49 kW and a capacity of at least 100 kWh, operate together with the school's existing photovoltaic installations, and include integrated cooling, heating, automatic fire suppression, battery management and emergency power functions. The contractor must also provide operating instructions in Polish, warranty servicing, user training, required permits and approvals, post-construction documentation and DNSH-related reporting. The project must be completed by 10 October 2026, with the design documentation submitted within three weeks of contract signature. Offers must be submitted electronically by 8 September 2026 at 11:00. Price carries 60% of the evaluation weight and the additional warranty period 40%. A PLN 3,000 tender guarantee is required.
