Extension and reconstruction of the Dobrzelowo school and preschool complex building

Summary

The contract covers the extension, reconstruction and thermal modernisation of the school and preschool complex building in Dobrzelowo, including internal and external technical infrastructure, relocation of a low-voltage cable line, resolution of infrastructure conflicts, tree removal and compensatory planting. The works are to be completed within 20 months. Bids must be submitted electronically via platformazakupowa.pl by 11 September 2026 at 12:00, in Polish and with an authorised electronic signature. The bid guarantee is PLN 50,000, and performance security of 5% of the total bid price is required. Price carries 60% and the warranty period 40% of the evaluation weight.
