Winter maintenance of municipal roads

Summary

The tender concerns winter maintenance of municipal roads in Gmina Dobra during the 2026/2027 winter season, divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers Bezrzecze, Wołczkowo, Dobra, Buk, Sławoszewo, Grzepnica, Łęgi, Rzędziny and Stolec; Lot 2 covers Mierzyn, Skarbimierzyce, Dołuje, Kościno, Wąwelnica and Redlica. The services include snow ploughing, combating icy conditions, spreading abrasive and chemical materials, manual winter maintenance of parking areas, sidewalks and cycle paths, snow removal and disposal, ice removal, and placing or replenishing sand-and-salt containers and sand-filled bags. The contract lasts 166 days, no earlier than 1 November 2026 and no later than 15 April 2027. Offers must be submitted electronically by 8 September 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 60% and response time for 40%; the offered response time must be between 20 and 60 minutes. A bid guarantee is required: PLN 5,700 for Lot 1 and PLN 5,200 for Lot 2, separately for each lot.
