Development of general education in Gmina Olszyna, Part II

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of educational materials and equipment for three schools in Gmina Olszyna, divided into nine lots: English-language teaching aids; chemistry teaching aids; general teaching aids; speech-therapy equipment; furniture and equipment for environmental studies; musical aids; therapeutic equipment; auditory-therapy equipment; and teaching aids and equipment for environmental studies. The supplies must be delivered to locations designated by the contracting authority, including carrying in, assembly, installation, commissioning and user instruction where applicable. Products must be new, unused, complete, safe and suitable for educational institutions, with the required instructions, warranty documents, attestations and certificates. The maximum delivery period is 30 calendar days from contract conclusion, and a 24-month warranty and statutory liability period are required. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 7 September 2026 at 09:00. The award criteria are price (60%), delivery period (35%) and a social criterion (5%). No bid guarantee or performance security is required.
