Improving the energy efficiency of buildings in Główczyce Municipality through building thermal renovation – third procedure

Summary

The tender concerns construction works to improve the energy efficiency of two buildings in Główczyce Municipality, divided into two lots: comprehensive renovation of the village community centre in Klęcino and energy-efficiency works at the former health centre in Główczyce. The scope includes insulation, replacement or modernisation of windows, doors, floors, heating, electrical and sanitary systems, heat pumps, photovoltaic installations, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, finishing works and site landscaping. Lot 1 also includes accessibility adaptations, including a disabled-access toilet and ramp. The works must be completed within 6 months of contract signing. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots, and must be prepared and submitted electronically in Polish. Evaluation is based on price at 60% and the quality guarantee period at 40%; the guarantee must be between 24 and 60 months. The contractor must provide new, legally approved materials, prepare the required construction and as-built documentation, employ persons performing specified works under employment contracts, and provide qualified construction, electrical and sanitary works managers.
