The contract covers construction works for the revitalisation of the culturally valuable public building of the Lublin County Office and its surroundings. The scope includes demolition, paving and site development, external stairs and terraces, cable ducting and electrical installations, tree and shrub works, new planting and landscaping, renovation of the conference room, internal electrical and telecommunications systems, and installation of two air-conditioning units. The works must be completed within 12 months of signing the contract, including obtaining a final occupancy permit. The tender is submitted electronically in Polish. The price carries 70% of the score and the quality guarantee period 30%; the offered guarantee must be between 60 and 96 full months.
