Rehabilitation services and activities for people with intellectual disabilities in Krasnystaw

Summary

The tender concerns services for organizing and conducting activities for SOSW graduates with moderate, severe or profound intellectual disabilities, including multiple disabilities, under the pilot programme “Rehabilitation 25 plus” in Krasnystaw. The full contract covers three service areas: physiotherapist – 20 hours per month, intellectual disability educator – 80 hours per month, and teaching assistant – 100 hours per month, corresponding to 2,000 hours in total. Services are to be provided until 30 June 2027, on weekdays, in premises adapted to the participants’ needs and located in Krasnystaw County.
