Modernization of residential premises

Summary

The contract covers the modernization of four occupied residential premises in Kielce, including general construction, sanitary and electrical installation works, finishing works, removal and disposal of demolition waste, site cleaning, and preparation of an energy performance certificate for each premises. The works must be organized so that the buildings remain operational and may need to be carried out simultaneously in several premises.
