Supply and replacement of lifts in the District Court buildings in Zakopane at Gimnazjalna 13

Summary

The tender covers the dismantling of three existing passenger lifts and the delivery, installation and commissioning of three new electrically driven lifts at the District Court buildings in Zakopane, Gimnazjalna 13. The scope also includes necessary construction and entrance adaptation works, load and functional tests, obtaining the UDT operating decision, as-built documentation, CE declarations, at least 36 months of warranty repair and service, and spare-parts availability for at least 10 years from UDT acceptance. The contract must be completed by 18 December 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 7 September 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the warranty period for 40%; the warranty must be offered in full months from 36 to 60 months. A bid guarantee of PLN 8,000 and, for the successful bidder, performance security equal to 5% of the gross offer price are required.
