Reconstruction of roads in the city

Summary

The contract covers reconstruction works on roads, sidewalks and a pedestrian-cycling path in Lipno, including works on Ptasia, Ciasna, Kilińskiego, Reymonta Estate and Bulwarna Avenue. The scope includes a 160 m sidewalk, hardened areas of approximately 70 m², 120 m² and 140 m², a pedestrian-cycling path of approximately 560 m², adjustment of external utilities, road-surface and drainage works, earthworks and road signs. The works must be completed by 18 December 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 11 September 2026 at 10:00. A PLN 4,000 tender guarantee is required, and the successful contractor must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total bid price. Offers are scored on price (60%), warranty period (20%) and completion time (20%).
