Reconstruction and modernisation of a farm building into a civil protection and civil defence warehouse in Zadzim

Summary

The tender concerns the reconstruction, extension and raising of an existing farm building and its conversion into a civil protection and civil defence warehouse in Zadzim. The works include demolition and structural works, roof and steel canopy construction, electrical modernisation, interior and exterior finishing, replacement of windows and two automatically lifting sectional gates with pedestrian doors, paving, drainage and sheet-metal works, installation of storage shelving and monitoring. The contract is to be completed within 80 days. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 14 September 2026 at 10:00. The evaluation criteria are price (60%) and the warranty period for the works (40%). A PLN 7,000 bid guarantee is required.
