Expansion of the Cultural Centre in Powidz

Summary

The contract covers the design-and-build expansion of the Cultural Centre in Powidz, including preparation studies, demolition of part of the existing building and garages, architectural and technical design, construction, utility infrastructure, site development and documentation required for occupancy approval. The facility is planned to include an auditorium for approximately 200 people, a music room, activity rooms, a meeting room with kitchen facilities and a gallery, with accessibility for people with disabilities. The works must be completed by 31 May 2028. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish through the designated procurement platform and in the form of an electronic catalogue. A PLN 100,000 tender guarantee is required.
