Development of small tourism infrastructure on the KŁO Odra Cycle Route: landscaping the park by Piast Castle and the area around the Senior Activity Centre

Summary

The contract covers landscaping and development of green areas at the Senior Activity Centre and the former Piast Castle, which houses the Wołów District Office. The work includes site preparation, removal and disposal of vegetation, lawn restoration, planting trees, shrubs and perennials, installation and commissioning of complete drip-irrigation systems, and comprehensive maintenance for two years after acceptance. The contract duration is 2 months, and the works must be carried out in accordance with the design documentation, bill of quantities, horticultural practice and conservation requirements. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026. Offers are assessed on price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the warranty must be at least 24 months and may be offered for up to 36 months.
