Thermal modernisation of the municipal kindergarten and residential building in Pełczyska under a design-and-build model and adaptation of part of the kindergarten for catering

The contract covers the design-and-build thermal modernisation of the municipal kindergarten and adjoining residential building in Pełczyska, together with adaptation of part of the kindergarten for catering use. The works include design documentation, insulation, replacement of windows and external doors, a new biomass pellet boiler room, heating and hot-water installations, roof works, ventilation works, interior adaptation and construction of new steps, a ramp and paving. The total completion period is up to 12 months from contract signature; task 2 must be completed within 2 months. Offers must be submitted electronically by 11 September 2026 at 10:00. The evaluation is based on gross price (60%) and extended quality warranty (40%). A PLN 15,000 bid guarantee is required, and the successful tenderer must provide performance security equal to 5% of the offered price.
