Collection, transport and management of biodegradable waste under code 20 02 01

Summary

The tender concerns the collection, transport and management of biodegradable waste under waste code 20 02 01 from Stanisława Staszica 6 in Bolesławiec. The estimated and maximum quantity is 600.00 Mg, collected successively on working days between 07:00 and 13:00, at the contractor’s expense, from the contract date until 31 December 2026. The waste must be recovered at a 100% level through aerobic or anaerobic treatment producing compost, digestate or another legally marketable product. The bidder must indicate the treatment installation and method in its tender, hold the required waste transport and processing authorizations, provide the required evidence and comply with BDO waste transfer documentation. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% and the invoice payment term carries 40%.
