Supply of printing equipment

Summary

The procurement concerns the supply of printing equipment for Powiat Obornicki: one large-format printer and one freestanding off-line folding machine. The equipment must be fully compatible, operate through one control and management system and software environment, and be covered by the manufacturer's unified service system. All equipment and accessories must be new, manufactured no earlier than 2026, unused and ready for operation. Demonstration, refurbished, remanufactured, returned, ex-lease and repaired equipment is excluded. Delivery, including transport, risk and Polish-language documentation, must be completed within 60 days at the supplier's expense. The minimum warranty period is 12 months. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026 at 08:00 via the procurement platform. The price carries 60 points and the warranty period 40 points.
