Adaptation of premises in educational institutions under EU projects – III

Summary

The contract covers adaptation and renovation works in educational institutions in Bielawy municipality under three EU-funded education projects. The works include adapting classrooms and toilets, removing door frames and floor finishes, installing new doors and electrical systems, installing lighting, damp-proof insulation, painting, floor sanding and varnishing, and other finishing works. The contractor must organise the work site, provide appropriately authorised site management, purchase and install all necessary materials, perform required tests and inspections, and compile the legally required documentation. The works must be completed within 40 days. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 10 September 2026 at 00:00, in Polish. Award criteria are price (60%), reduction of the completion period (20%) and extension of the warranty period (20%).
