Reconstruction of an existing bridge structure into a steel culvert along municipal road 400405W on the Dobrut–Bakow–Ciepla route

Summary

The contract concerns construction works in Poland: demolition of the existing bridge structure, construction of a steel-pipe culvert, reconstruction of the municipal road approaches, protection of the riverbed and banks over 15 metres upstream and downstream, and maintenance works in the river channel over a total length of 150 metres. The works must be completed by 14 December 2026. Only one non-variant offer may be submitted electronically in Polish by 9 September 2026 at 11:00. A PLN 12,000 bid guarantee is required. Offers are assessed by gross price (60%) and extension of the warranty period (40%); the minimum warranty is 36 months and the maximum scored period is 60 months. The successful contractor must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross tender price.
