Construction of a civil protection and civil defence warehouse in Lubrza

Summary

The procurement concerns the construction of a civil protection and civil defence warehouse in Lubrza, divided into two parts. Part 1 covers preparatory, foundation and finishing works, including earthworks, reinforced-concrete foundations, floor and electrical works, site development and 55 m² of paving; an optional additional approximately 145 m² of 8 cm concrete paving may be ordered. Part 2 covers the prefabrication, delivery and installation of a steel warehouse hall measuring 15.40 m wide, 10.50 m long and up to 4.64 m high, including corrosion protection and roof ventilators. Bids may be submitted for either or both parts, and price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. The bid deadline is 10 September 2026 at 08:00. A bid guarantee of PLN 2,500 is required separately for each part, and the successful contractor must provide performance security equal to 3% of the gross contract price.
