Reconstruction and adaptation of rooms for an emergency shelter, with a hospital-function extension and connecting building

Summary

The tender concerns the reconstruction and adaptation of existing rooms in a former fuel-storage and heat-exchange building in Hrubieszów to create an emergency shelter, together with a vertical extension for hospital functions and construction of a connecting building. The contract includes a guaranteed Stage I and one optional Stage II. The option may be exercised by 31 October 2027 and may not exceed 110% of the gross remuneration for Stage I. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 10 September 2026. A bid guarantee of PLN 130,000 is required. Award criteria are price (60%), extended warranty (20%) and the experience of the cybersecurity and SOC-integration coordinator (20%).
