Renovation and conversion of a former evangelical chapel into a funeral home

Summary

The contract covers the renovation and conversion of a former evangelical chapel at the municipal cemetery on Wandy Street in Nowa Sol into a funeral home, including specialist conservation works and landscaping. The scope includes roof replacement and timber repairs, facade and interior restoration, renovation of doors and windows, electrical installations, paving, benches, a memorial plaque, waste-container enclosure and planting. The protected historic building must be renovated under conservation supervision and in cooperation with the Lubusz Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments. The works must be completed within 11 months of contract signature. Only the price is evaluated, with a weighting of 100%.
